The staff here is super friendly and knowledgeable and I was really impressed by the individual care they took in answering my questions and resolving the issues I was having with my Apple products despite the fact that they we're very busy on the day that I visited the store.
All I wanted to know was how much it costs to replace or get fixed my phone, I talked to 3 people and no one knew. They told me I had to make an appointment just to find out the price. I'm looking in there right now and there 15 plus people (workers) just standing around. Lazy unprofessional help, they talked to me like I wasn't a customer, just some scrub. Changing to android asap. Stay away from this place Would give zero stars if possible
I made an appointment online to get my son's phone checked. We arrived very early, so we walked around the store and the mall. We were able to be seen a few minutes early. The girl who helped us (I cannot remember her name but she had pink and blue hair) was incredibly helpful and understanding. She explained each step of what she was doing for us, and what to expect. She took her time to assure us that she would do what she could to find us a solution. We were able to get a replacement phone (APPLE CARE IS WORTH EVERY PENNY!), she helped us with set up, and when she had to leave for the day she walked over the person who would answer any other questions we had. We didn't, but I appreciated her effort to assure we would be taken care of. Great store, kind and patient staff!
We were taken care of very well today at Apple Store by Eric. We spent over 2 hours with him and he was awesome! He went above and beyond to help with new phone and hanging out with two old women!
One of my favorite stores.. Apple is my go to for every thing business. I own and enjoy most apple products. The store employees are probably the best customer service agents around they are very informed and knowledgeable about everything APPLE. This location is always "poppin" if you have a service need please take the time to schedule online..Don't come into the store expecting immediate service!
Anytime I have questions or need a little help with my wife's iPhone or iPad or my MacBook Pro it's great to know all the help I need is as close as the Apple Store. I also like that I can buy Apple products online then go to the store to pick them up if I don't want to wait for shipping. The employees are amazing, super helpful and very knowledgeable. The store can get very busy so you may have to wait a bit but it's usually not long, I don't think I've ever waited more than ten minutes or so. In any case, you will be greeted promptly. When I bought my MacBook Pro I went to the store to pick it up. The staff was very helpful and happy to set everything up for me. I had been using PC's for about a million years so I wan't familiar with Apple computers, they spent about thirty minutes giving me a nice orientation and explaining everything to me. I left realizing I had a lot to learn but knowing I could always use the store for a resource when I had questions I couldn't find answers to with Google. The Apple Store has some of the best customer service you will find anywhere. The employees seem to genuinely enjoy their jobs and are extremely knowledgeable. The store is really the only reason I ever come to MacArthur Center.
People still love their phones and they still love paying the Apple Tax for a device. As this store shows, with a big crowd of browsers for a weeknight. Wow. Still, it was a much smaller store compared to many and not really all that fancy.
I stopped in here yesterday to pick up a cable and realized I haven't updated my review since 2010 so there's no better time than the present. I've been a customer of the MacArthur Apple Store since I purchased the iPhone 3G about 6 years ago. Their customer service is exceptional and the products are superior in every way. After selecting my cable I purchased it with the Apple Store app on my iPhone. During this process I alerted one of the employee's so no one thinks something funny is going on. We struck up a conversation and I asked if I needed to make an appointment online to check out an Apple Watch. She added me to the schedule on the spot and 5 or 6 minutes later I was introduced to the gentleman that was going to demo the watch for me. His name was Kelvin, if I remember correctly, and he walked me though selecting the watch I was interested in and then demoing the software, haptic feedback and other features. As always every question I had was answered, and believe me I done my homework before testing the watch. As always, a perfect experience at this location. That's why I keep going back, and from the size of the crowd there, I think I'm assuming correctly why everyone else does as well.
Had a great experience today with Tim, a rep who patiently helped me set up my new phone and transfer all info from the old phone. Super helpful and stayed with me the whole time of the transfer. Plus, answered my many questions even though the store was super busy.
